Kullanim: set seed [seed=]{||default} [cloud=]

Parametreler:

	seed           - Kayit defterinde ayarlanacak çekirdek sunucusu degeri.
	cloud          - Çekirdek sunucusu ayarlanmasi gereken bulut.

Açiklamalar: PNRP SeedServer yapilandirma parametresini degistirir.
             Çekirdek sunucusu girdisi ";" ile ayrilmis 
             birkaç girdi içerebilir.
