Kullanim:
  rule [ name = ]  | [ id = ]  | [ all ]
       [ policy = ] 

  Ilkeden kural siler.

Parametreler:

  Etiket               Deger
  name | id | all  -Kuralin adi, kimligi veya 'tümü'.
  policy           -Ilkenin adi.

Açiklamalar:  1. 'all' belirtildiginde varsayilan yanit kurali disindaki 
             tüm kurallar ilkeden silinir.
          2. Varsayilan yanit kurali silinemez.
          3. Her silme isleminden sonra kimlikler degisir.

Örnekler: 1. delete rule id=1 Ilke1
            -Ilke1'deki kimligi 1 olan kurali siler.
          2. delete rule all Ilke1
            -Ilke1'deki tüm kurallari siler.
