    listen   - Asagidaki degerlerden biri: 
               yes: Kullanicinin URL'leri kaydettirmesine izin ver. Bu 
                    varsayilan degerdir. 
               no: Kullanicinin URL'leri kaydettirmesini engelle 
    delegate - Asagidaki degerlerden biri: 
               yes: Kullanicinin URL'leri temsilciye vermesine izin ver 
               no: Kullanicinin URL'leri temsilciye vermesini engelle. Bu 
                   varsayilan degerdir. 
    sddl     - DACL'yi tanimlayan SDDL dizesi 
                                                          
Açiklamalar: Bu komut, URL'yi yönetici olmayan kullanicilar ve hesaplar için 
             ayirir. Listen ve delegate parametreleriyle NT hesap adi 
             kullanilarak veya bir SDDL dizesi kullanilarak DACL belirtilebilir.
