    /Create     Create a new Event Trigger that will monitor and act
                upon the occurrence of NT Log Events of given criteria.

    /Delete     Deletes an Event Trigger by its trigger ID.

    /Query      Displays the Event Trigger properties and settings.

    /?          Displays this help/usage.
